Mission Statement of The Pekingese Club of America
The Pekingese Club of America is dedicated to upholding the integrity of the sport of purebred dogs through the practice of good sportsmanship and the breeding of Pekingese for type, good health and normal function. Founded in 1909 and a Member of the American Kennel Club, the Pekingese Club of America promotes responsible dog ownership and advocates for the Pekingese dog as a family companion, protects and advances Pekingese health and well-being, and works to educate Pekingese breeders, owners, judges and the public about the proper care and distinctiveness of the Pekingese. |
